Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, spearheading day-to-day communications with clients
- Serve as a trusted digital advisor, nurturing excellent client relationships
- Collaborate on strategic planning for clients, aligning efforts with defined digital roadmaps
- Identify and capitalise on key business opportunities, creating robust proposals
- Gain an in-depth understanding of client businesses and their respective markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Act as the essential bridge between our teams and the client
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an agency setting
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, management, or a related field is preferable
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of making intelligent decisions under pressure
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Competency in project and financial management
- Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp and Jira
- Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, website development, and UX
